If what you ordered doesn’t fit, you are welcome to exchange it for the correct size in its original unused/unworn condition within 30 days of ordering (postage and handling charges apply).

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchange or refunds for change of mind.

To request an exchange or refund, please send an email to reachus@themightyelephant.com.au. In the case of incorrect or faulty items sent, that’s on us so we will cover the cost of shipping!
